What would restitution be when my insurance is paying medicals?

"I've had a brand new medical health  insurance   program since Jan. 1st"I am looking at investing in a BMW 525 I for my first vehicle (2003). I really dont wanna spend-all the money on  insurance    so I wish to no how much it will be for my vehicle
